While Kyber is a “for-profit” corporation, we want to make money for our shareholders without suppressing or compromising the benefits and needs of our employees. Kyber's benefits package include medical insurance coverage for all our employees and dependents. We match the industry standard on dental and vision coverages. As our company grows, we plan to expand the benefits to include short term disability, long term disability, retirement savings and life insurance.
